If you order something and decide it is not for you, pop it back in the post via Recorded Delivery Royal Mail within 28 days from payment for a full refund in line with our terms and conditions. 

In addition to this we give our jewellery a one year guarantee. If it breaks due to a manufacturing fault, simply return it to us where we can usually repair it for you or give you a replacement. 

All returns must be done so by recorded delivery Royal Mail.
